Returns & Cancellation

  

The general returns policy comprises

  1. An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
  1. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  2. Has missing parts or accessories
  3. Is different from what was ordered
  4. Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)

Please note that Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

  1. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Please look at the returns policy category wise. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
  2. For electronic devices please remove any stored personal information (Picture, Messages etc) or any modifications (password, screen lock pattern etc) before returning the product.
  3. Some items may not be eligible for return if you “no longer need it” (including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered).
  4. If the return window of your product has expired, we refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

If your item meets the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling our Customer Service at +880- 013-09000330. Requirements will vary for category which you can find below. Please note that you have to contact our customer service within the provided window (Calendar days) for each product category to initiate the returns process.

Phones and Tablets

Phones, Tablets, Smart Watches, Earphones, Power Banks & Headsets 7 Days; Replacement only. Not eligible for return if the item is “No longer needed”. Return the phone in the original condition with brand box and all the accessories like charger, headphones, manual, etc. to avoid pickup cancellation. We will not process a replacement if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing/damaged contents. If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.
Phone and Tablet Accessories 7 Days; Replacement only. Not eligible for return if the item is “No longer needed”. If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.

Computer and Gaming

Product/Category Return window and Exceptions
Laptops 7 Days; Replacement only. Not eligible for return if the item is “No longer needed”. Return the laptop in the original condition with the original brand box and all accessories like charger, manual, etc. to avoid pickup cancellation. We will not process a replacement if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing/damaged contents. If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.
Desktops, Monitors, Pen drives, Hard drives, Memory cards 7 Days; Replacement only. Not eligible for return if the item is “No longer needed”.
Networking and Internet devices, Computer accessories If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.
Printers, Scanners, Headphones, Speakers, Game Consoles & PC / Video Games 7 Days; Replacement only. Not eligible for return if the item is “No longer needed”. If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued. Games which are marked as non-returnable on detail page are not eligible for return.
Software Non-returnable. For software-related technical issues or installation issues in items belonging to the software category, please contact the brand directly.

Home Appliances and Gadgets

Televisions, Digital Cameras, Camera lenses, Headsets, Speakers, Projectors, Home Entertainment 7 Days; Replacement only. Not eligible for return if the item is “No longer needed”. If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.
Large Appliances – Air Coolers, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave 7 Days; Replacement only. Not eligible for return if the item is “No longer needed”. If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued. No return policy for AC once it’s installed. All the vendor would provide service if any problem arises, according to their policy.
Small Appliances – Blender & Juicer, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettles, Flask, Air Fryer, Sandwich Maker 7 Days; Replacement only. Not eligible for return if the item is “No longer needed”. If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued. Games which are marked as non-returnable on detail page are not eligible for return.

Reasons for Returns

  • Delivery of a product that is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (faulty or malfunctioning) condition
  • Delivery of a product that is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)
  • Delivery of a product that is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase /

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
  • If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
